Managing Orders in WooCommerce -Testing Email

I have followed all the steps in the video and every time I go to send a test email, it comes back and says it has failed. I have set up my SMTP options correctly using googles smtp host & port.

Would someone be able to help me? Thanks

I had issues with the mail plugin described here as well. I instead used the plugin that I have successfully used in the past: postman-smtp. It is very easy to setup (has a 'setup wizard").
