mapping.py - got through in workspace but not in Treehouse challenge

TILES = ('-', ' ', '-', ' ', '-', '||', '', '|', '', '|', '', '|', '||', '&', ' ', '', ' ', '||', ' ', ' ', ' ', '^', ' ', '||' )

for tile in TILES:

line_end = ""

output = ""
line_end = ""
if tile != '||':
    output = tile
else:
    line_end = "\n"
    output = tile

print(output, end=line_end)
mapping.py
TILES = ('-', ' ', '-', ' ', '-', '||',
         '_', '|', '_', '|', '_', '|', '||',
         '&', ' ', '_', ' ', '||',
         ' ', ' ', ' ', '^', ' ', '||'
)

for tile in TILES:
#    line_end = ""
    output = ""
    line_end = ""
    if tile != '||':
        output = tile
    else:
        line_end = "\n"
        output = tile

    print(output, end=line_end)

I got it worked after removing "output = title" from there. I had to read the question again to ensure what went wrong.

The instructions say that when "the item is a double pipe (||) ... instead of printing the item, print a new line (\n)." So the double pipe symbols should not appear in the output.
