Missing Cart

Following along in the video Nick switches to the cart page and shows a cart, however when I mimic this transition I do not have a cart showing. I ensured that I actually have things in my cart, but the widget is not showing up on that page. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

After significant time investigating this on my own, I discovered that there had been an updated to the responsive theme and the pages were not being created correctly on their own. I had to manually add them and add the shortcodes to each page to get the cart to show up, as explained here (http://docs.woothemes.com/document/pages-not-displaying/).
