Missing 'drop files' area in Work Space

I can't drag and drop any of the files provided and discussed in the videos. There is no 'drag files here' space as shown in the tutorials and wherever I try to drag and drop the files, nothing happens. Any advice? Thank you

Susanna, Try clearing your cache, restarting your browser, as well as trying other browsers to help troubleshoot.
Finally if you are still not seeing the little box to drop your files, then please contact support workspaces

Hey. Thanks for your reply. I managed to get the 'drag files here' box but when I do so, nothing happens or it shows 'loading images' for ages. I was able to add single image files of my own, but not the zipped image file or the 'normalize css' file provided in the tutorial.....any ideas? Thanks for the help so far.
