mistune user

I see you used mistune user when installing a library from pip...is mistune a already created user on the server or it auto create that user in pip

'Mistune' is actually a package in the Python Package Index, not a user. According to the video, it converts Markdown into HTML.

Pip is pulling the package from the available Python Packages online and installing it onto your local system.
