Mobile app

Hi community,

I am planning to build my first mobile app, my knowledge in the coding word is not so vast, I do understand and know a bit Javascript. My question would be, what would you recommend me to use for coding a simple app connected to a data base, with login form, account creation etc...Is here any specific course which can lead me through out these basic steps?
