my code does not pass what could be the problem

help

NewsFragment.java 
public class NewsFragment extends Fragment {
    @Override
    public View onCreateView(LayoutInflater inflater, ViewGroup container, Bundle savedInstanceState) {
         View view = inflater.inflate(R.layout.fragment_news, container,false);  
        return view; 

    }
}
MainActivity.java
