My Code works in Xcode but doesn't work in Challenge

looks like I'm doing everything correct, but your page doesn't agree =)

struct Person { let firstName: String let lastName: String

func getFullName() -> String {
    let fullName = "\(firstName) \(lastName)"
    return fullName
}

} let aPerson = Person(firstName: "Dan", lastName: "Brown") aPerson.getFullName()

structs.swift
struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String

    func getFullName() -> String {
        let fullName = "\(firstName) \(lastName)"
        return fullName
    }

}
let aPerson = Person(firstName: "Dan", lastName: "Brown")
aPerson.getFullName()

Hey Alexander,

good job, you almost got it right! :) The only thing that's missing is that you have to assign the returned full name to a constant fullName .

Like so:

struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String

    func getFullName() -> String {
        let fullName = "\(firstName) \(lastName)"
        return fullName
    }

}

let aPerson = Person(firstName: "Dan", lastName: "Brown")
let fullName = aPerson.getFullName()

I hope that helps! :)
