my computer is not letting cyberduck "unarchive," saying that it is not permitted.

How can I unarchive cyberduck?

Do you mean unarchive to your computer or to the server? It could be that you need to grant permissions to "write" to that location first before it could unarchive it there.

Also if you have a screenshot that would be helpful.
