HTML How to Make a Website Debugging HTML and CSS Problems Use Developer Tools

My element inspector on Google Chrome looks very different from the videos, could it be that my Chrome is out of date?

For example, there is no "Elements" tab in the top left of the inspector. It instead says, "Inspect".

Yes it's likely a different version. I believe they all do very similar things. You'll figure it out :)

My version was different as well, but I got used to it quickly.

Actually, your browser is probably more up-to-date than the ones that are in the videos!

I'd say to not worry about it, you'll quickly figure out how to use the chrome dev tools.

Here's google's reference: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools

If you have any questions about the dev tools, that should be able to help, if not, refer back here and others should be able to help.

Best of luck. :)
