My ItelliJ IDEA didnt have all shortcuts/whispers/code completions

Hello, as title says: My ItelliJ IDEA didnt have all shortcuts/whispers/code completions . It have some basic completion etc, but not so large as you / he shows in video. I use community Version: 2019.3.3 , is this THE reason? Or I need install some plugin?

Any idea please
