I had the same issue for some reason. Went over my code and refreshed the preview page a couple of times and then it began to work. I didn't change anything, just refreshed the page. Hopefully the code ran for you guys as well.

what happens when you do $(".spoiler").hide(); in the app.js file. Does the content hide when you preview the page?

It doesn't work for me either.

This is my app.js file contents. Everything else stayed the same . $(".spoiler span").hide(); $(".spoiler").append("<button>Reveal Spolier!</button>");
