Java Java Basics Perfecting the Prototype Parsing Integers

My question is why do i have to type every time javac TreeStory.java && java TreeStory?? In eclipse there is play button

DId I miss something ??

javac compiles your code, while java runs the compiled code, in eclipse the play button is just a shortcut that performs both of these function for you automatically.

so there is no shortcut here ??

No, sadly there isn't. It certainly wouldn't be impossible for Treehouse to implement a similar build & Run function in their Java workspaces, but that is not a feature they currently offer.
