Once i established my account i found my earned 48 points before even i look up the library.

Oooh, I understand. Since you just joined, you earned the badge "Newbie" which I believe awards you 30 points. Then you have 12 CSS points, and 6 HTML points which add to 48. So at least 30 of those points are supposed to be there. Where you got the HTML/CSS points though, I have no idea.
