my work space isn't downloading as a zip file, as I am trying to upload files to cyberduck

The work space downloads as a strange text document rather than a zip file containing multiple folders.

Very odd, works fine for me on Chrome (using Mac at moment, not tried my Windows machine yet). I'd try a different browser like Firefox just to rule out whether it's specific to your browser settings or more general issue with your account.

If you're still having the problem with Chrome I'd try clearing your cache etc and if that doesn't work a full settings reset (Advanced in Settings and at bottom Reset browser settings) for it.
