My workspace does not show the different tabs

I do not see the two tabs when I launch my workspace. Specifically I do not see Jane Smith's Profile. It shows the HTML and CSS page only.

Jane's profile page is in the file "index.html". If you don't already have it open in a tab, just click on the filename in the navigation bar on the left side and a new tab will open.
