my workspace won't load why

when I click launch workspace it never loads it just said loading the works space with the spinning circle in the center

It's probably related to the "partial outage" currently reported on the status page.

Keep an eye on that page for when a resolution is announced.

I think I emailed them I haven't heard anything back
