iOS Swift Functions and Optionals Parameters and Tuples Named Parameters

Named Parameters

Having trouble with this. what does it mean to "Call the greeting"?

named_parameters.swift
func function(#jerry: String) ->String {
    println("Hello \(jerry)")
}

Hi, the a function should have this form in general:

func myFunction(namedParameter: String) -> String {

  //code

}

Except with myFunction and namedParameter renamed whatever reusable name you want to use.

Calling a function means to implement it in your code.:

myFunction(value);
