Android Build a Navigation Drawer Pattern

Navigation Drawer Activity doesn't give me an option to fill out the fragment info

When I create the navigation drawer activity, it only gives me the options for Activity name, Layout name, and Title. Why doesn't it give me the options for the fragment info? and when I create the project I don't get any auto-generated xml for the fragments either.
