Python Dates and Times in Python (2014) Where on Earth do Timezones Make Sense? Timezone Strings

just unable to solve

timezone.py 
from datetime import datetime

import pytz

starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))

OTHER_TIMEZONES [
  pytz.timezone('US/Easter')
  ]

my_tz = pytz.timezone(tz)
tz = pytz.timezone('US/Pacific')
    return starter.astimezone(tz)

You pretty much have it solved, just remove the OTHER_TIMEZONES variable - you don't need that,

encapsulate the last lines in a function call,

and no need to declare tz , because tz will be your input argument of your function
