cant find my mistake

combo.py 
# combo([1, 2, 3], 'abc')
# Output:
# [(1, 'a'), (2, 'b'), (3, 'c')]
def combo(a ,b):
    new_ls = []
    count = 0
    for i in a:
        tup = ()

I'll check for other issues but you've unindented your return so it is outside of the method.
