Dude have you seen the course? You will learn about how to make the frog move using Quaternion that it could easily use to move vehicles, you will learn how to handle collisions, how to make a simple AI to follow you around.

Like I said you will get the knowledge need it to be able to make a simple game, now if you are looking some that it is very specific about cars check on google...
