Need help not sure how to pass

class MyViewController: UIViewController {

let sampleView = UIView()

override func viewDidLoad() {
    super.viewDidLoad()
    view.addSubview(sampleView)
}

override func viewWillLayoutSubviews() {
    super.viewWillLayoutSubviews()
    sampleView.translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints = false

    // Add constraints below
}

I'm guessing it's not showing in your MyViewController and your question is how to get sampleView to show correct?

Well you also need to create the frame for sampleView, right now you added sampleView but it has no size, so it won't show.
