Need help on this...

Why isn't this:

CGRect frame = self.showQuote.frame; self.showQuote.frame = CGRectMake(100,250,280,44);

? Thanks

that first line is unnecessary 

CGRect frame = self.showQuote.frame; 
self.showQuote.frame = CGRectMake(100,250,280,44);

you arent using the frame variable at all. try using just

self.showQuote.frame = CGRectMake(100,250,280,44);
