Need help with Responsive web design

Hello friends i am currently working on a school assignment, however it is pretty confusing, i am supposed to make my site responsive without using skeleton (we normally use it but not for this assignment)

Media queries confuse me >.< we are making it responsive from css we havent covered javascript... we will in a month.

is there any resources out there that explain Responsive web design well? if anyone ever encountered this what helped you understand it?

if you would like to see my homework please email me @carlosjjf4 at gmail .

Now, I don't normally suggest that someone start in the middle of a track, but it seems like you have at least some idea about HTML and CSS. So here goes: try this one out at Treehouse https://teamtreehouse.com/library/responsive-layouts.

Likely as not it'll be a very helpful 47 minutes! :)
