231,269 PointsIt looks like you're trying to do everything at once, and you nearly had it. But it's important not to skip the intermediate step of assigning the $dismissButton variable directly to the created element, because it is used in setting up the click handler later.
Hint: Look at how the placeholder paragraph was added to the modal in the lines just above. Try doing something similar with the button.
