Negative margin issue in header

I found solution for negative margin issue in header. Instead adding a padding, border to the header to fix problem, just add

header {
overflow:hidden;
margin-top:-1px;
}

Hi,

What was this issue concerning Pavle?

In video there is a issue with negative margin collapsing. The problem is solved by adding padding or border. I found that this is the way to solve the problem.
