Network is unavailable -- the weather app

I pull the exact same code from the last lesson of Weather app. But when i run it on my simulator, there is no data shown on the screen. And when I click the refresh button, there is a token pops up says "Network is unavailable".

I assume I use the same code as teacher generate, since I just use the downloaded file. Why there is no data shown?
