I am enjoying Treehouse so far. I just finished my Unit 2 project after many, many hurdles. Woot! Woot! I currently work full time as a Store Manager at Tilly’s, but looking at making a career change by this time next year.

I'm Ole V. S. Mortensen, the lone Radiohost/Programmer For dbc5radio.dk. I've been learning with Treehouse since around Oct 19, 2016 and have had created a website for Fiskebaek.com (As I learned and got better). (you can check out my current profile here).

My name is Ryan, I am a Treehouse Student in the FSJS Program, my wife and I are taking it together and are enrolled in the Code Crew Pilot Program starting next week. We are both 10/10 excited! I have a bachelors / masters in (Engineering, although not CS) and have been working in private industry the last 15+ years and am ready for a career change as I head into my 'mid-career' stage, and am transfixed with software development and the opportunities that it presents.

Hi Everybody,

Gertjan here, I'm from the Netherlands but living in Singapore with my girlfriend. Nice to read some stories! Currently working as an analyst for an online travel agent that sells flights. Have been working alongside developers all my career and did some basic code writing in one form or another also in the last few years. Always wanted to pick it up myself as I also have a few developer friends and I hear their stories. Now with the global situation taking the plunge to have more redundant skills since my industry is under a lot of pressure.

I'm enjoying Treehouse a lot, the support via slack is great and everybody is really friendly. The course is well thought out and has a nice flow to it that is easy to follow and it motivates me to hit certain markers and amount of video's every day.

My end goal is to finish this course and look for junior jobs and in the end get into full stack development. I enjoy JavaScript a lot but it's a lot to take in at the start.

Shout out to Guil who was almost the only other person (outside work) next to my girlfriend I saw during the lockdown :)

My name is Ave Nurme, also a happy Treehouse student :)

I joined the #100DaysOfCode challenge via Treehouse in mid-May and I have been on Treehouse watching videos absolutely every single day since then, exploring different courses. I am mostly interested in Python but the challenge has given me the chance to explore other paths here as well. I am also keen on JavaScript but it's probably due to the fact that its syntax resembles Python a lot. A big shout out to Treehouse for the opportunity!

I have also been tweeting about my #100DaysOfCode progress on Twitter daily and having the Treehouse staff there with me supporting me makes a huge difference!

I am currently unemployed as I have set my focus on joining the IT field soon.

Since coding involves a lot of sitting I feel it is important to move your body regularly so I like to cycle.

Hello, guys/girls. I'm Alejandro, from Chile. Currently, I work as a data developer for a remote company. I would like to improve my software development skills and start doing full-stack stuff, so I'm enrolled to finish all the JS challenges that are available in Treehouse and use that learning to build my own projects. I already know a bit about data, so I would like to create a front end for some data related applications on the backend and maybe start doing freelance work.

I am Mahdi from Iran, 23 years old living in KL Malaysia. Currently, I am a Researcher and Developer Assistance at Asia Pacific University.

I got a degree in software engineering but honestly, all I know is from TreeHouse. Because all the things that I learned from my degree were useless in the industry. During my degree, I had to work to make up all the money that I spend on clubs and Beer ;).

I worked as : -System Integrator and Software Developer at Noxel for 4 years(Smart Home) -Researcher & Developer Assistance at Asia Pacific University 2 years

I got a fully-funded scholarship from Asia Pacific University to study my master's in Data Science & Bussines Analytics so I'm keeping my self busy with studying and R&D in there.

Since I got into the master of Data Science trying to learn python more and I just love this language.;)) easy to read and easy to implement and a wide variety of usage. ;))
