New Version of MAMP for Word Press (8/27/2018)

Hi,

Thank you for the tutorial! Just to let the creators/instructors of the tutorial know, the current "Launch" for MAMP has a "cloud" icon instead of a "preference" icon. So you can't really follow the "changing of the port" portion of the video.

Everything up to that point worked well and I was able to save "Test" on My Website, which still showed "localhost:8888". Also, the current version of PHP showing was 7.2.7.

Cheers!

If you click on the MAMP window and then move your mouse to the top of the screen, the menu bar will display MAMP. If you click MAMP, the preferences button will display. This button is identical in functionality with the previous version, it just takes longer to find. After typing in the new configuration, everything else in the video will look pretty much the same.
