I do not have the Launch Workspaces button below the video as implied it would be. I am using Chrome - Version 130.0.6723.92 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Below the video, are you seeing the menu items of Teacher's Notes, Questions, Video Transcript, Workspaces etc.. If so, you can click on the Workspaces link there. Then, if it's showing "Looks like you need to create the Workspace for this video." you can click on the create the Workspace link inside of that sentence to create one.
