No module named 'django.urls'

I am running the downloaded code on my computer. After I make the installation changes from section 1 video 2 to s1v2, I get the following error:

InvalidTemplateLibrary at /admin/login/ Invalid template library specified. ImportError raised when trying to load 'rest_framework.templatetags.rest_framework': No module named 'django.urls'

What is the problem?

Got this same problem. I resolved it after I upgraded my django 1.9 to django 1.10, according to django rest framework requirements
