none of my css styles are showing up on the html page when i refresh

i am trying to style (styles.css) but none of my style changes are showing up each time I refresh my page

It would be very much helpful if you could kindly get to manage a snapshot of your workspace so we could all look up and find a solution. And in case you are unaware of how to take a snapshot, then I recommend you go through this workshop.
