Design Adding MediaElement.js

None of the code seems to be working. Displays as an index on the page.

After writing all the code and double checking that I did everything correctly, the page is still not displaying correctly. It doesn't want to display the customized video controls. I went to the mediaelement.js installation page and simply copied the code there and pasted it to files that I created with the same name. I'm not sure if that's the problem or something else. Also when I preview, the page displays as an index of all the directories, I looked it up and normally it's because the html file is not located in the top most project folder, but in this case I made sure it was, any help would be much appreciated! Here's a snapshot of my workspace.
