Not able to add img folder to workspaces

When I try to add the img folder to workspaces, it just says uploading at the bottom, but never actually uploads the file. I've left it for hours and nothing. Thanks.

HI Bermon Painter

Sorry that it's not working. Can you give us some more information on your environment: which OS, what browser?

Hi, Dave. I am running OS X version 10.9.2. I have tried in both Safari and Firefox to upload the images.

Hi Bermon Painter and Dietmar Krause ,

Yes, I can duplicate this problem also. Sometimes drag-and-drop works in Firefox and Safari. Sometimes not. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime you have a couple of options:

  1. Use the file upload built into workspaces instead of drag-and-drop. Choose File --> Upload File (the file menu in the workspace). Unfortunately, this lets you upload only one file at a time, and you'll have to manually create the enclosing img folder.

  2. Use Chrome. I know this isn't the best answer if you're a fan of Safari or Firefox, but Chrome is more consistent with its file uploads. You could 1) open your workspace in Chrome, 2) drag the files into place, 3) close the workspace and Chrome, 4) open your favorite browser and proceed (not ideal, but it will wokr)

Sorry for the inconvenience
