Not Operator. Didn't understand the function and the theory of it.

let on = true let off = !on // or !true

how is different from "!=" ?

how "!true" and "true" works ?

basically when you put something like !true your effectivly saying I want it "not to be true" so false.

If you say false != true the outcome is true because false is not equal to true.

So !true and false != true would have the same results (true) as both statements are true.
