Databases Reporting with SQL Working with Text Changing Cases of Strings

Not sure what this is looking for

Here's the code I did: SELECT first_name || " " || UPPER(last_name) AS "Full Name", library_id FROM patrons;

Below is the error message. Can someone tell me what this means?

Bummer: Expected results to look like "Andrew CHALKLEY", "MCL1001" not "Andrew CHALKLEY", "MCL1001".
