Java Local Development Environments Exploring Your IDE Creating Your First Project

Not working

At 5:15 in the video when I do the same thing on my windows laptop (ctrl+space) but it doesn't load to index like in the video, and shows a different menu. When I type it out, it has this label that says x: and I'm not sure if this is expected or not.
