Note: cannot create database from web console in h2 update

Seems that in an update ('1.4.200'), H2 disable creation of table from the web console as is done in this course.

Error reported by the console:

Database <X> not found, either pre-create it or allow remote database creation (not recommended in secure environments) [90149-200] 90149/90149 (Help)
