Now continually prompt the user in a do while loop. The loop should continue running as long as the response is No.

Don't forget to declare response outside of the do while loop.

Example.java 
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops  "); 
if(response.equals("No"))
  console.printf("do while loop");

It looks like you've used an "if" statement (which runs only once) instead of a loop (which would run over and over).

Also, when you create the loop, you'll need to move the "readLine" and assignment inside the loop so it can repeat. Only the variable declaration will be done before the loop.
