When defining a color in xml via its hex code, you do not need to put in "@android:color/", just the hex value. So
android:background="@android:color/#fff092b0"
should be
android:background="#fff092b0"
You might also want to make sure your </RelativeLayout> tag is complete, in your code above, the final > is missing.
