Python Customizing Django Templates Building Custom Filters Reverse Text Filter

Now that your function works, register it as a filter. Be sure to give your filter a name when you register it!

I cannot figure out the @register.filter code part for Task 2....

code_challenges/templatetags/extras.py
from django import template

register = template.Library()

def reverse_text(string):
    return string[::-1]

@register.filter('reverse_text')

You are SO close. The @register function is a decorator. As a decorator, it should be placed immediately before the function being registered.

Post back if you need more help. Good luck!!
