now what ?

Im really struggling and its very important to me to be able to do something at the end, i am learning front end development ive finished the track but to be honest i wasn't amazed tree house content is great but still have the game problem that face all beginners not enough real examples, anyway what now ? what do i have to learn since i feel i am not ready, do i have to learn node.js ? do i have to learn sas ?

Try to copy any site frontend using your current knowledge and if you stumbled on something, then you understand what are you need to learn. Most of the knowledge is earned only by your practice.
