Nowhere in the video he explained why that Null pointer exception occurred?? Any help would be appreciated?

Please explain the null pointer exception with refrence to the video

NullPointerException essentially means it does not exist. Because the extra of the mistyped name doesn't exist, it will throw that error when you try to use it later.
