PHP Templating with Twig Templating Languages Adding a Second Page

Object not found when trying to route to the Contact Us Page in Twig. I have double checked my code. Server or htaccess?

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

I am working through the Twig course and am not able to complete the course, because my server can not find the Contact Us page. It's is not displaying any other errors and I have copied the code as shown in the lesson.
