Hi, I'm getting the "BUMMER" returned from this code check. it tells me that the value being assigned to fullName has to come from calling the getFullName method
struct Person {
let firstName: String
let lastName: String
func getFullName() -> (String){
return "\(firstName) \(lastName)"
}
}
let aPerson = Person(firstName: "John", lastName: "Smith")
let fullName = aPerson.getFullName()

Courses Plus Student 11,071 PointsYou will pass the challenge if you omit the parenthesis around your return value (String)
. Although this works, it is not mandatory. These little things can confuse code check sometimes, depending on they way the check is written :(
struct Person {
let firstName: String
let lastName: String
func getFullName() -> String {
return "\(firstName) \(lastName)"
}
}
let aPerson = Person(firstName: "John", lastName: "Smith")
let fullName = aPerson.getFullName()
Hope this helps :)
