oh my god,did i just delete the all my work in my workplace by accident.

oh my god,did i just delete the all my work in my workplace by accident. i have tried undoing with cntrl z but i cant seem to get any of the coding back.im about to breakdown,because now i have lost all my work up untill this point.so website does'nt work.and when i close and re-open my workspace i still havent got the coding.do i have to start agin?

I would email or call in to treehouse. they may be able to give you a copy of the last time you saved your code before this happen. You may end up losing some but still better than starting over.

I hope it works out
