Okay. How to make a non collapsible nav???

I've been trying to research for hours now how to make a non collapsible nav that acts like the one in the video, and I cannot seem to find any up to date info. Can somebody please help me out.

Hi, Andrew Young, but in this case that is only for the previous bootstrap version =( And I commit to the Scott Murray question.

Ok too bad, I just thought it works b/c it's all bootstrap 4 but why you want non collapsible nav since bootstrap is develop for responsive design?

Good point =) Under "collapsible " I meant problems with alligment and messing content when trying to use a new Bootstrap4 template. English is not native for me, so just misunderstanding of term, sorry =) But the point is - it would be great to have good working example of code to rely on. I saw a few interesting solutions in another threads, but not such elegant as I wanted.
