On the customize page, I don't have the live preview on the right side. It's just a white space - what should I do?

When working on my WordPress site, the live preview does not show up when I go to the customize page. It's just the panel on the left, with the empty space on the right where the live preview should be. I have tried a few different themes, as well as making sure everything is updated. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Benjamin,

Its most likely caused by a syntax error in your code. Look for missing closing tags such as ; or ?>

If you are having no luck feel free to put a code block in a reply with your current code and I will look at it with you.
