CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Organize CSS with Comments

Organize CSS with comments

at the end of the following code, on the body section at the bottom, after leaving a comment, I end up wit #999; being highlighted with red. Why?

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
  packing: 0 5%;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

a {
  color: #4775FF;
}

header {
 background:#4775FF;
 border-color: #6C91FF
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav {
  background: #6C91FF;
}

nav a, nav a:visited {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a.selected, nav a:hover {
  color: #3252B2;
}
/* site body */
body {
  background-color: #fff; /* site body */
  color #999;
}

additionally I realized the packing on the #wrapper also is highlighted red. and I don't know why.

Hello,

For the first one, you're missing the : after color.

color: #999;

For the second one, packing isn't valid - You should be using padding.

padding: 0 5%;

Thank you so much!
